TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Distance Contract
The seller of the goods offered in this Online Store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.
Delivery and Payment Procedure
The Buyer places orders through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer may make payment using the payment tools integrated into the Online Store, or by paying the invoice corresponding to the order prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller ensures delivery of goods within 20 days from receipt of payment, with the delivery time agreed with the Buyer.
We deliver goods within Latvia to parcel lockers via Omniva or DPD. Normally (excluding pre-sale promotions), the item is handed over to the courier service the next day after payment. Delivery costs for scopes are included in the product price; for individual adapter purchases (amounts up to EUR 100), an additional EUR 3 is charged for the DPD or Omniva service.
Personal collection in Rīga, Āgenskalns can also be arranged.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods, by sending the Seller a withdrawal notice. The Seller will send the Buyer a withdrawal notice form by email upon the Buyer's request.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days of sending the withdrawal notice. All costs associated with returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- the ordered goods cannot by their nature be returned, or they deteriorate quickly or are quickly consumed;
- the ordered goods were manufactured specifically for the Buyer based on an individual order;
- the Buyer has opened the packaging of audio recordings, video recordings, or computer software.
Section 12, paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period." The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer's withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the goods have been damaged due to negligent handling during use or failure to follow the instructions, if the original packaging has been lost, or if the packaging has been substantially damaged.
Data Processing
By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and carry out the delivery of goods in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified email address.
